Hank yesterday taught me a lesson, a tough lesson which all these tv series, and cutie comedies are hiding from us all.
“You’re the smartest guy I ever met and you’re too stupid to see he made up his mind 10 minutes ago.”
You know what happened next, right?
The bad guy just shot him in the head. Hank is gone. The cop is gone. The good guy is gone.
The truth is Hank is talking to the audience, to me, to you, to the viewer.
He is telling clearly to us
Do not believe all the bullshit you see around: that at the end the hero comes and saves the princess.
There is no princess here, there is no hero, there is no happy ending, just REAL consequences to what you started from the beginning.
You have watched and praised the genious of Heisenberg, haven’t you?
You have enjoed all the tactics and strategies, and actions and fellonies with him, haven’t you?
You haven’t send an email or a letter to the producer, asking to stop this foolish fictional guy, have you?
Now you deserve the consequences, you oughta pay for your responsibilities.
Hank dies for you, for me, for our inaction.
Signed by the last-hero-of-our-modern-society, aka Hank.
Does it remind you something else?
Good, because it is the same story.
